Ik vind dat te simpel. Waarom kan de \u00e9\u00e9n eten wat hij wil zonder dik te worden? Waarom wordt de ander dik van twee komkommers? Drie keer per week de sportschool of de hond uit laten in de voortuin, \u00a0voor sommigen maakt dat op de weegschaal niets uit. En waarom stopt het afvallen na een paar weken, met hetzelfde dieet? Het gaat dus om verschillen in stofwisseling. Ik bedoel de stofwisselingsverschillen die \u00a0dokters niet kunnen meten, maar die iedereen kent. Mensen verschillen in hoeveel eten ze nodig hebben, hoelang ze lopen op een boterham.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none;\">Als het simpel was, dan zou je af moeten vallen door de helft te eten en twee keer zo vaak naar de sportschool te gaan. Is dat alles? Ik denk dat er nog iets kan spelen. Het is maar een ideetje, zomaar een theorie. Ik denk namelijk dat er snelle en langzame schakelaars zijn. Snelle schakelaars verbranden het extra eten direct, diezelfde dag. Bij minder eten of meer bewegen verbranden ze effici\u00ebnter, diezelfde dag. Ze vallen geen grammetje af, want hun stofwisseling beweegt precies mee met meer of minder eten, met meer of minder bewegen. Trage schakelaars daarentegen komen een kilo aan van \u00e9\u00e9n feestje. Misschien duurt het weken voor hun stofwisseling is aangepast aan hun dieet. Dan staan ze op effici\u00ebnt. Gaan trage schakelaars dan weer normaal eten, of even zondigen, dan komen ze extra aan in gewicht. Misschien is het nog ingewikkelder met snelle opschakelaars die traag afschakelen of andersom. Ik weet het ook niet precies. Probeer maar uit wat werkt. Maar vergelijk niet met anderen. Vergelijk met jezelf. Stofwisselingen verschillen, op- en afschakelen verschilt. Mensen verschillen.
