Dat is een verantwoordelijke positie. Jij wordt de leider van de gezinsorganisatie. Ik zal je uitleggen hoe je de rol als CEO kunt invullen, want anders moet je later teveel zelf doen. Wat CEO betekent, dat weet ik niet meer. Maar het omvat auto met chauffeur, persoonlijk assistent, kleedgeld en vrij eten. De eerste jaren wordt je veel rondgedragen. Je drie zussen zullen er om vechten. Geniet ervan, maar laat dat niet merken. Jij bent de baas. Val soms uit de kinderwagen en kruip naar de stoeprand. Daar even stoppen natuurlijk. Je dwingt ze zo de hele dag voor je te zorgen. Dit heet \u2018management by crawling around\u2019. Eet gulzig, met onverwachte periodes van anorexiale kieskeurigheid.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dat verhoogt de attentie bij het bereiden van jouw maaltijden. Dat heet \u2018Account managers gefocusd houden\u2019. Jij bent hun account.\u00a0 Het gaat uiteindelijk om witte boterhammen met aardbeien en gehaktballen, jouw culinaire behoefte, hun \u2018target\u2019. Vervoer naar school en de opvang \u00a0betekent harde competitie met je zussen. Investeer in goede gesprekken met de chauffeur van dienst &#8211; je moeder of vader \u00a0&#8211; over wat je onderweg ziet. Dan mag je altijd voorin zitten. Je enthousiaste gebabbel \u2013 \u2018long term low risk investments\u2019 &#8211; is hun \u2018incentive\u2019, voor betere chauffeursprestaties. Later, als je 15 bent, kun je met bonussen werken. Ik bedoel dat je zussen werken, niet jij. Verpacht je krantenwijk bij opbod aan \u00e9\u00e9n van je zussen en houdt van de verdienste 15% \u2018overhead\u2019 achter. Bewerk de markt met complimenten en andere \u2018marketing efforts\u2019, maar laat de organisatie nooit kantelen. Dat geeft onnodige onrust.<br \/>Investeer dus in human resource management, responsibility geven en vooral delegeren \u2018by walking away\u2019 Dan wordt je een succesvolle CEO van het gezin.
